1. World-class contemporary design skills with a strong sense of typography (must also be detail oriented)
2. The personality of a creative problem solver that appreciates the insight of other skilled and experienced creatives, but at the same time is capable of accomplishment without assistance.
3. Intense, burning desire to learn new things — every day.
4. Formal design education and 5+ years of experience
5. Expert in every component of Adobe CS2, with experience in designing for print, web and interactive media.

The Senior Designer job description entails everything you are capable of plus at least 100 things you have never tried before and will include the lowliest AND most lofty of opportunities. The right candidate will be prepared to do anything that is required and will be limited ONLY by their ability to perform – under extreme deadline pressure ;-)
