To succeed as a Senior Designer / Art Director at Moncur Associates, you'll need to be more than just a designer, you'll need to be a thinker. Here we think first. Here, everything begins with an idea, and ends with a design. And we're looking for a senior-level designer to join us for both. But we're looking for a leader, too. And this particular leader MUST have the following 5 traits:
- World-class contemporary design skills with a strong sense of typography (must also be detail oriented)
- The personality of a creative problem solver that appreciates the insight of other skilled and experienced creatives, but at the same time is capable of accomplishment without assistance.
- Intense, burning desire to learn new things — every day.
- Formal design education and 5+ years of experience
- Expert in every component of Adobe CS5, with experience in designing for print and web based media.
